Install the Termux workspace

  1. Open an existing Termux installation on Android.
  2. Download the installer below and review it.
  3. Run it in Termux. It installs the Python tools needed by this mobile edition.

Call another system

  1. Open the dialer and sign in.
  2. Name this device and choose Phone / tablet / Termux.
  3. Enroll to receive a unique extension.
  4. Call an online device by its private extension.

Use xdos-phone in Termux to reopen the dialer. Leave the browser page open to receive calls. Calls request microphone permission when you call or answer.

Android can pause background tabs and Termux sessions. This version does not install an Android phone service or replace your carrier dialer.
